Offshore gambling sites may offer fewer responsible gambling tools than state-regulated online sportsbooks, and the ones they do offer aren't enforced by any US regulator. Look for these controls in your account settings, or ask customer support to apply them:
* Deposit limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add.
* Wager limits: Caps on stake size or total wagering over a period.
* Timeouts: Short breaks, from 24 hours to several weeks, that lock the account.
* Self-exclusion: Longer or permanent closure of the account.

State self-exclusion registers don't carry over to offshore sportsbooks. If you've excluded yourself from regulated betting in your state, that decision should apply everywhere. Offshore sites aren't a workaround, and we don't recommend using them as one. If you've self-excluded, consider device-level blocking software and talking with a counselor.
